FAQ

Yes. Our cleaners bring all the essential products and equipment needed for your clean, including cloths, solutions and a vacuum if required. If you have specific products you prefer us to use (for example for allergies or sensitive surfaces), we’re happy to work with those instead.
Yes. We can use eco-friendly cleaning products on request. Just let us know when you book, and we’ll make sure your clean is carried out using suitable, environmentally conscious products where possible.
No, you don’t have to be home during the clean. Many of our regular clients are at work or out when we visit. We can agree safe key arrangements, alarm codes or access instructions in advance. We are fully insured and treat your home with complete respect.
Yes. K&E Cleaning UK is fully insured. This gives you peace of mind that both your property and our team are properly protected while we’re working.

Yes, we usually work to a minimum number of hours per visit for domestic cleaning to ensure we can complete a proper, thorough job. The minimum depends on the size of the property and the type of clean – we’ll confirm this clearly when providing your quote.
Domestic cleaning typically starts from around £20 per hour, with deep cleans, end of tenancy, builders cleans and commercial work priced after a quick assessment of the property. We’ll always give you a clear, no-obligation quote before any work is agreed.
A regular domestic clean focuses on day-to-day areas such as worktops, bathrooms, floors and dusting. A deep clean goes much further – tackling built-up grime, limescale, tiles, skirting boards, high-touch points and those harder-to-reach spots that are often missed in normal routines.
We work to a detailed checklist designed to meet landlord and letting agent expectations. Whilst we can’t control individual landlord requirements, our end of tenancy service is specifically built to get properties inspection-ready. If something is missed, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can discuss it.
Yes. Our builders clean service is designed for post-renovation or post-construction properties. We remove dust, paint splashes, debris and residue from surfaces, skirting, fixtures, tiles and floors to leave your space fresh, safe and ready to use.
Absolutely. We provide office and commercial cleaning for workplaces, salons, shops and business units. We can work before or after opening hours, or at times that suit your team, with flexible schedules and on-site quotes.
We understand that plans change. We simply ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can reallocate your slot. Full details of our cancellation terms will be explained when you book.
In most cases, yes. For regular domestic cleaning, we aim to provide a dedicated cleaner so you have a familiar face who understands your home and preferences. If your usual cleaner is unavailable, we’ll let you know and arrange an alternative.
Not at all. Many of our clients have cats or dogs. Just let us know about your pets in advance, and any specific instructions (such as keeping doors shut or not letting them out), and we’ll make sure we work safely and respectfully around them.
Booking is simple. You can call us, send us an email or fill in an enquiry form on the website. We’ll ask a few quick questions about your property, the type of clean you need and your preferred dates, then provide a clear quote and confirm your booking.
