End of Tenancy – Studio Flat

Thorough clean of all rooms following a detailed checklist, typically including:

• All surfaces, skirting, doors, frames and light fittings
• Internal windows, sills and woodwork
• Kitchen cupboards, worktops, tiles and appliances (including oven)
• Bathrooms, tiles, screens, taps and descaling
• Vacuuming and mopping throughout

1–4+ bedroom properties are quoted individually based on size and condition, plus any extras such as carpet or upholstery cleaning.

After Builders Clean
